Oxygen Humidifier Bottle Filter: Core Accessory for Medical Oxygen Humidification To Optimize Oxygen‑Inhalation Experience

What is an Oxygen Humidifier Bottle Filter

The oxygen humidifier bottle filter is a core foaming and filtering component installed inside the oxygen humidifier bottle. Mostly manufactured from medical‑grade sintered PE material, it is fitted at the bottom of the air inlet tube of the humidifier bottle, serving as an indispensable consumable for both medical and household oxygen‑making devices.

Dry and high‑pressure oxygen passes through the filter and is split into fine bubbles for full contact with the liquid inside the humidifier bottle to achieve oxygen humidification. Meanwhile, it delivers airflow noise reduction and particle interception, directly determining oxygen‑inhalation comfort and oxygen supply safety.

Pure oxygen is dry in nature. Direct inhalation will cause dry respiratory mucosa and sore throat, and the discomfort will get worse for long‑term oxygen users. With physical foaming performance, the humidifier bottle filter converts dry oxygen into moist and gentle airflow to reduce respiratory irritation. It is widely compatible with various oxygen humidifier bottles used in hospital wards, clinics and home oxygen therapy equipment.

Core Material & Product Advantages

Our oxygen humidifier bottle filters are made of medical‑grade UHMWPE sintered raw material, free of harmful precipitation and compliant with medical consumable safety standards. OEM and ODM mass‑production customization is available.

  1. Uniform foaming & stable humidifying performance: Evenly distributed internal micropores generate fine bubbles under different oxygen flow rates, maximizing the contact area between oxygen and humidifying liquid for stable humidification without large bubbles or bubble bursting.

  2. Noise reduction for quieter oxygen supply: Oxygen is dispersed and pressure‑released through filter micropores to eliminate loud noise caused by airflow impacting liquid, creating a quieter environment for hospital wards and home oxygen therapy and improving patient experience.

  3. Reasonable airflow resistance without compromising oxygen flow: Low airflow resistance is maintained while realizing foaming and filtering functions. It will not block oxygen output and ensures stable flow from oxygen concentrators and oxygen pressure reducers, covering mainstream medical working conditions of 0‑10 L/min.

  4. Liquid‑resistant & anti‑powdering: Integrally sintered structure prevents debris shedding after long‑time immersion in humidifying liquid. High mechanical strength avoids fragment contamination inside the humidifier bottle.

  5. Flexible custom dimensions: Outer diameter, height and pore size can be adjusted to fit most domestic and imported humidifier bottles and oxygen inhalers. Mould development is supported based on customer drawings or samples.

Main Application Scenarios

‑ Oxygen inhaler humidifier bottles for hospital wards, emergency rooms and ICUs ‑ Humidifier cups / bottles matching household and medical oxygen concentrators ‑ Oxygen supply equipment accessories for clinics, health‑care institutions and nursing homes ‑ Auxiliary components for portable oxygen‑breathing and emergency oxygen supply devices ‑ Replacement consumables for medical device manufacturers for complete‑machine assembly

Selection & Usage Notes

  1. Prioritize dimension matching: Confirm the inner diameter of humidifier bottle insertion tube and filter installation depth during selection. Mismatched size will lead to air leakage, foaming failure and increased noise.

  2. Consumable part requiring regular replacement: Micropores may get clogged by limescale and impurities after long‑term use, resulting in degraded foaming performance and higher noise. Regular replacement according to working conditions is recommended. Long‑term reuse after repeated washing is not advised.

  3. Suitable humidifying medium: Distilled water and medical humidifying liquid are recommended. Tap water is not suggested to reduce limescale accumulation and micropore blockage.

  4. Bulk customization available: Porosity can be adjusted to balance foaming effect and ventilation resistance for both disposable and reusable humidifier bottle solutions.
